Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@lovelyhomeandgarden.com including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) for us to locate it;
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address with a statement of the grounds under penalty of perjury.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, restrict access for users found to be repeat infringers.
